It is a sparkling wine with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero grapes. The grapes are grown on glacial moraine hills and are harvested manually in the first and second weeks of August. The wine has a salmon pink color and offers a fresh aroma with hints of red berries, bread crust, and vanilla, adding complexity to its bouquet. It boasts an excellent structure, long persistence, and a good balance between acidity and salinity. This particular vintage was first produced in 2015 and has an aging period of 40 months in the bottle before release. It’s a dry, elegant sparkler with a 12.5% alcohol content
