Origin of the grapes:
The specially selected grapes come from high
hillside vineyards in Farra di Soligo, Farrò,
Solighetto and San Pietro di Feletto (at 180 - 350
meters above sea level), in the center of the
Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. production
zone. The vine training systems used are “DoubleArched Cane” and “Sylvoz”, with a plant density of
2800-3300 vines per hectare. The soils are a mix of
clay and limestone.
Yield per hectare: A maximum of 13500 kilos per ha
